  Jetting Pump & Auxiliary Reel
Our jetting pumps are all triplex plunger pumps with a complete range from low volume to high volume capabilities. The picture shows a MS45 jetting pump, driven via the main split shaft power take off which is capable of 213 litres/min at up to 2800 PSI (190 BAR). Fully controlled using a pneumatic unloader.(other capacities of pump available) Auxiliary reel is normally situated on the nearside for hand lance and small jetting work is generally carries 20 metres with manual rewind reel but various sizes and hydraulic rewind available

       
       
Tanks
Manufactured from high quality steel, divided clean and foul to customers specific requirements with full inspection cover to enable entry to the clean compartment with a choice of mechanical contents indicator or 75mm Curved Sight Glass. Stainless steel belly plate available in foul compartment to ease load ejection when tipping. Moving Division option are available which can be moved in three positions given a water capacity of 500 gallons to 1300 gallons and same in the foul compartment.		  

       
       
 

Hose Bins
The Hose bins are constructed from corrosion resistant Zintec Material with Aluminum Lids, which are lockable. Tipping trash tray from 3mm thick steel.

Vacuum Pump
The high performance vacuum pump is quiet with double fan cooling. Hydraulically driven via our cooler pack, which enables soft start, increasing pumps service life. Available in three options PM80 medium duty, capable of 350 CFM (600 m3/hr) and the PM100 for High duty capable of 480 CFM (815 m3/hr). For higher air flow a PM2600 Storm water cooled Exhauster 824 CFM (1400 m3/hr) is available. The vacuum system is protected against carry over by two float valves, these floats are manufactured from stainless steel for longer life, one situated on the top of the tank the other in the overspill canister situated on the offside of the vehicle,

       
       
Rear Door
Simple Robust Hydraulic auto door clamping and door opening with hose failure check valves, which prevent the door from closing in the event of a hydraulics failure, 4? Saunders Valve, inlet with stack pipe and outlet screen for decanting		  
       
       
       
 

Hydraulic Cooler Pack
The fuller Stainless Steel Cooler Pack is compact with own integral filtration down to 10 microns with integral fan, which provides excellent heat dissipation and does not require the use of large capacity oil Reservoirs.
       
       
       
Reel
Maintenance free Main Reel driven direct from a hydraulic motor, standard size available is 100metres of hose with options of 120 & 150metres versions. Option of side shift reel.		  
       
       
       
 

125mm Boom
Uses a large centre swivel bearing with 150mm full bore and allows 300 degrees of rotation on the boom with a low maintenance plug valve to open and shut the boom. Fully counterbalanced with upward air assistance for ease of removal from the drain, long radius bend to prevent blockages, all controls at boom end enabling open, shut of the boom valve, vacuum pressure for decanting the load, air assistance and also boom brake which enables the boom to be parked in any of the 300 degree rotation allowing the boom to be left at the ideal position for moving from drain to drain. An option of interchangeable camlock down pipes, reducing the boom from 125mm to 100mm.
