On demand servicing and repairs of all types of vacuum tankers and Jetting equipment. Work can be undertaken at Chepstow or on customer's site. We provide several mobile engineers which enables us to cover the country Also are several service agents including Ireland and Channel Islands, which are fully trained and carry a range of stock parts with full support of the Main Parts department in Chepstow. Fuller Preventive maintenance programmes is to maintain maximum performance and life and ensure safe working of your vehicle at minimum cost and downtime. It guarantees the highest levels of technical support to ensure that your vehicle stays in excellent shape and performs to the very best of its potential.
PLANNED PROGRAMMES
AFTER 3 MONTHS
Full inspection on the tank, pump and drive equipment and report any defeats Lubrication of all tank, tipping, drive, jetting pump and Vac Pump Oil levels and filter check
AFTER 6 MONTHS
Full inspection on the tank, pump and drive equipment and report any defeats Lubrication of all tank, tipping, drive, jetting pump and Vac Pump Oil levels and filter check
AFTER 9 MONTHS
Full inspection on the tank , pump and drive equipment and report any defeats Lubrication of all tank, tipping, drive, jetting pump and Vac Pump Replacement of Oils on main drive line PTO(Split Shaft) and Jetting Pump Oil
AFTER 12 MONTHS
Full inspection on the tank, pump and drive equipment and report any defeats. Lubrication of all tank, tipping, drive, jetting pump and Vac Pump Ultrasonic Test of tank to PER and PED directive and detailed report Small repairs can be carried out straight away if required.
OUR SERVICE CONTRACT
The Service Contract only covers the Fuller Equipment only not the Chassis, and only covers normal hours of operatingThe Fuller Maintenance excludes items not covered by warranty, any rectification due to misuse or abuse of equipment and out of hours service.
TANK TESTING AND INSPECTIONS
Periodic Testing is required for all Vacuum Pressure Tankers and are tested to the Pressure Equipment Directive. Here at Fullers we have the experience and testing procedures in place to carry out annual Testing on Fuller and other makes of Tankers. The Test is completed with a Full detail report and it findings and remedial work to be carried out.
REMOUNTS
The Tanker will generally outlast the Chassis so we can provide a remounting service onto another chassis including full repainting is available.

In order to minimize any downtime of your Fuller Tanker, we carry an inventory of over 10,000 spare parts at our manufacturing Facility in Chepstow, South Wales
