Enviro-Clean Scotland Ltd makes a large investment increasing his Fleet with Fuller Tankers

Enviro-clean Scotland have invested in two Volvo 18 Tonne 4 x 2 Jet Vac Tankers and a Volvo 32 Tonne 8 x 4 Fuller Recycler Jet Vac.

Hydrocleansing Limited recently purchased Four High Performance Jet Vac Tankers on Renault Euro 5 Chassis.

3000 Gallon Tanker with 6" Hydraulic Boom and Moro High Performance PM2600 Storm Water Cooled Vacuum Pump (824 CFM) & Pratissoli MS Jetting Pump capable of 212 Litres per minute @ 190 Bar through 120 metres of 1" Jetting Hose with 80 metre of 1/2" Hydraulic Auxliary Reel.

The filtration for this pump consists of one self-cleaning screen and one hydro cyclone. This enables continuous recycling with little maintenance.

A large water compartment in addition to the debris tank, enables sophisticated nozzles such as root cutters, and rotating nozzles etc to be used without damage, a simple changeover switch activates this system. Manufactured from mild or stainless steel

Fuller Tankers Maintenance

Fullers Maintenance programmes is to maintain maximum performance and life and ensure safe working of your vehicle at minimum cost and downtime. It guarantees the highest levels of technical support to ensure that your vehicle stays in excellent shape and performs to the very best of its potential.

The Planned Programme is as follows:-

AFTER 3 MONTHS
Full inspection on all tank, pump and drive equipment and report any defeats
Lubrication of all tank, tipping, drive, jetting pump and Vac Pump
Oil levels and filter check

AFTER 6 MONTHS
Full inspection on all tank, pump and drive equipment and report any defeats
Lubrication of all tank, tipping, drive, jetting pump and Vac Pump
Oil levels and filter check

AFTER 9 MONTHS
Full inspection on all tank, pump and drive equipment and report any defeats
Lubrication of all tank, tipping, drive, jetting pump and Vac Pump
Replacement of Oils on main drive line PTO(Split Shaft) and Jetting Pump Oil

AFTER 12 MONTHS
Full inspection on all tank, pump and drive equipment and report any defeats.
Lubrication of all tank, tipping, drive, jetting pump and Vac Pump
Ultrasonic Test of tank and detailed report

Small repairs can be carried out straight away if required.
The Service Contract only covers the Fuller Equipment only not the Chassis, and only covers normal hours of operating
The Fuller Maintenance excludes items not covered by warranty, any rectification due to misuse or abuse of equipment and out of hours service.

1800 Gallon High Volume Jet Vac. Equipped with Liquid Ring Vacuum System (1200 CFM) with

6" Hydraulically Operated Boom and Uraca KD708 spec to 372 litres per minute @ 135 Bar terminating through 120 metres of 1" hose.

Fingal County Council recently purchased through one of our ireland dealers National Sweepers a

1800 gallon High Volume Jet Vac Tanker on an 18 tonne iveco with movable division which is

capable of moving from 500 gallons to 1500 gallons of clean water, Moro PM 100 Exhauster (815m3/hr) and Pratissoli MS50 Jetting pump

This is the latest tanker added to the Carcarc Fleet, which now includes a least eight Fuller Tankers.
